Air India And Lufthansa Suspend Riyadh Flights As Houthis Target Saudi Airports

Reports of Houthi attacks on Saudi Arabia have disrupted aviation, with two civilian airports and a Saudi military airbase reportedly targeted. Air India, Lufthansa and other airlines have suspended or disrupted operations to Riyadh, while Jeddah is reportedly still operational. US embassies in Saudi Arabia have issued security alerts, and reports indicate that at least 333 flights have been cancelled globally. Saudi Arabia’s official response, the extent of the damage and reports of casualties remain key questions as tensions escalate.
