About 300 men belonging to the Youth Congress took off their shirts today in the heart of the capital to show solidarity with the 25 Congress lawmakers who have been suspended from the Lok Sabha. Amid drum beats and slogans against Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the sea of shirtless men were unable to quite explain the message they meant to send out by going shirtless, though one man made an attempt, somewhat half-hearted, when he said, "If things go on the way they are with this government we will soon all be stripped of our clothes and be sent to jail."
