Are children safe in Delhi's schools?

A seven-year-old was allegedly raped in a MCD school on Thursday in Delhi prompting large protests in the area. Today, bodies of two siblings, aged 5 and 7, who were kidnapped from their school in East Delhi just a few days back were found. How vulnerable children are in a place they should feel most secure - their school. We debate.
