Amarinder Singh, BJP Sabotaging Our Campaign, Says Akali Dal President

Akali Dal president Sukhbir Singh Badal, who has launched a 100-day poll campaign aiming to visit 100 assembly constituencies in Punjab, has hit a rough patch with farmers protesting against his public addresses in almost every constituency. The leader has accused Chief Minister Amarinder Singh and the BJP of sabotaging his campaign. In Moga, the Akali Dal president yet again faced protest which later turned violent. Farmer leaders claimed that around a dozen farmers suffered injuries after the police resorted to 'lathi-charge' near the new grain market.
