Aims to raise Rs 500 cr from IPO: PTC
PTC India CMD Tantra Narayan Thakur expects to raise Rs 500 crore through an offer of 12.75 crore of fresh shares. Post the IPO, stake of PTC will come down from 77.6 per cent to 60 per cent, he says.
