With the number of deaths in Kashmir clashes climbing to 21 over the weekend, the Jammu and Kashmir government has appealed to the separatists to help restore peace. Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh has reviewed the situation in the Valley, where protesters clashed with security forces after Hizbul Mujahideen commander Burhan Wani was killed on Friday.
