Retaliating to BJP leader Yashwant Sinha, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today said he will not volunteer to depose before the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) probing the 2G scam. Mr Sinha had demanded that the PM depose before the JPC and clear his name of the charges levelled by former telecom minister A Raja.
