Telugu New Year celebrated in Andhra Pradesh
The Telugu New Year 'Ugadi', named 'Nandana' this year, was yesterday celebrated with traditional fervour and devotion across the state. Speaking at a function on the occasion, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy said that the World Telugu Convention will be held in the temple town of Tirupati in December.
