Woman Delivers Baby In Rickshaw

A 20-year-old pregnant woman delivered baby in an auto-rickshaw in Charla mandal of Bhadradri Kothagudem district of Telangana after getting stranded on a flooded road.

A pregnant woman in Saharanpur was allegedly asked to leave a hospital in Saharanpur in the middle of the night by the staff, following which she gave birth to a boy in an e-rickshaw, the police said today.

Unable to make it to the hospital on time due to a massive traffic jam, a 30-year-old woman in labour gave birth to baby boy in an auto rickshaw at 10.30 am yesterday. Incidentally, the family resides just five minutes from the hospital but were unable to make it, as they were stranded in the auto rickshaw for 30 minutes due to gridlocked traffic.
