The Cellular Operators' Association of India (COAI) has asked the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to make the implementation of Calling Name Presentation (CNAP) for telecom operators. COAI has shared technical, privacy, and cost related concerns with the implementation of caller name display with the telecom regulator.
