A chronic diabetic patient 65-year-old Shanti Raj woke up to tingling in her feet past midnight but didn't pay too much attention. Sometime later, she heard screams in the intensive care unit. It was her daughter who had woken up to check on her and found some rats on the hospital bed, nibbling her mother's toe and feet.
