Swaraj Abhiyan leader Prashant Bhushan today attacked the Centre and Delhi government accusing them of "violating" rule and "destroying" environment by allowing World Culture Festival organised by Sri Sri Ravishankar's Art of Living Foundation on the flood plains of Yamuna river.

Following the firing incident at the Art of Living ashram on Kanakpura Road in Bangalore on May 30 night, five armed police personnel have been deputed to guard the residence of meditation guru Sri Sri Ravishankar.

A day after a firing incident in the ashram of spiritual guru Sri Sri Ravishankar, police on Monday termed it as an "incident" and said it was not a "targeted attack" on him.
