A special court today granted time to CBI for filing the final report in a coal block allocation scam case against Congress leader and industrialist Naveen Jindal, ex-Minister of State for Coal Dasari Narayan Rao and others, in a proper format.

A special court today said it would pronounce on July 6 its order on considering the CBI's charge sheet filed in a case of alleged irregularities in allocation of a coal block in Chhattisgarh to Delhi-based company Pushp Steels and Mining Pvt Ltd.
