A 10-year-old girl found hanging at her home in Kerala's Kollam in January had been raped and beaten up. Doctors who conducted her autopsy counted over 20 injury marks on her body, some of them on her private parts. The autopsy findings have come as a shock to people in the locality, 60km from Kerala capital Thiruvananthapuram.
