Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit on Saturday said the "suspicion" of corruption in the Commonwealth Games is on the Organising Committee headed by Suresh Kalmadi and welcomed the "instantaneous" probe ordered by Prime Minister Manmohan Singh which would clear the "cobwebs".
