Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan slammed Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi over her remark on Prime Minister Narendra Modi saying that he did not expect her to stoop so low.

Minister of Women and Child Development and Textiles Smriti Irani lashed out at Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi on Wednesday.

'Congress has a president and a vice-president, who are working. Priyanka is also working,' he said

She was fielding questions on comments made by Sanjaya Baru, a former adviser to the PM, who has alleged in his recently-released book that Priyanka's mother and Congress president Sonia Gandhi and not Dr Singh called the shots in the UPA government.
