Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia today alleged that Delhi Police had "orchestrated" the February 17 incident at the Patiala House court complex in which Jawaharlal Nehru University Students' Union (JNUSU) president Kanhaiya Kumar and journalists were beaten up and demanded action against police chief BS Bassi.
