Omar Abdullah On India Pak Relations

National Conference (NC) vice-president Omar Abdullah on Friday said he hoped leaders of India and Pakistan would create an atmosphere for dialogue and resolve mutual concerns and issues.

With the US distancing itself on Kashmir issue, former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today said the absence of a third party does not absolve India of its responsibility to find a solution to the problem.
