An accused in a post-Godhra riots case in Ode village of Anand district of Gujarat was today brought from London, where he was arrested, and produced before a local court, which remanded him in 14-day judicial custody.

A special court in Gujarat's Anand district has sentenced 18 of the 23 convicted in the 2002 Ode village massacre case to life imprisonment; the remaining five have been sentenced to seven years in prison.
