Nokia Extends Fibre Broadband Equipment Production to India Amid Rising Demand From Local Customers

Nokia on Thursday announced that it would extend manufacturing of PON optical line terminals (OLTs) to its factory in the country, amid an increase in demand from Indian and global customers. The country is seeing massive demand for fibre connectivity from both fixed and mobile operators, a senior Nokia executive said.
