Meta to Announce Companywide Layoffs Across Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp: Details

Meta has notified managers to prepare to announce job cuts on Wednesday, according to a company memo. The Facebook parent is set to lay off employees across divisions such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Reality Labs. The firm previously slashed about 13 percent of its workforce, or about 11,000 jobs, last year.
