Man Eating Leopards

A female leopard, aged around 6-7, was shot dead around 3.30 am on July 11 in the Motichur range of the Rajaji Tiger Reserve (RTR) was a man-eater, a report confirmed today.

In Uttarakhand efforts are on to catch or kill man-eating leopards. This is in the districts of Almora and Nainital where a dozen people have been killed over the last 2 months.
