Kingfisher files fresh flight schedule with DGCA

Ailing Kingfisher Airlines, whose services have been severely affected for the last six days, today filed a fresh flight schedule with the Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), scaling down its operations to about 170 daily flights with its 28 functional aircraft. The airline has also uploaded the schedule on its websites.

Kingfisher Airlines could get a breather from lenders as not all of them have classified Kingfisher loan as a non-performing one. Classifying a loan as a non-performing asset means, bank generate or do not expect to generate any interest income from a loan. All 18 lending banks are likely to meet again next week to final a loan restructuring.
