'Love Jihad' Case: Hadiya's Marriage Did Not Warrant NIA Probe, Kerala Tells Supreme Court
Seven weeks after the Supreme Court ordered the centre's anti-terror agency to probe a young Kerala woman's marriage to a Muslim, the state's Pinarayi Vijayan government has asked the top court to cancel its order as there was no evidence to suggest either that the 24-year-old woman had been coerced to marry, or that this was a case of love jihad.
