The Janata Dal-United (JD-U), a key BJP ally, on Wednesday announced it was going solo in the Uttar Pradesh assembly polls after seat-sharing talks with the BJP's top leaders collapsed. "We will contest all the 403 seats in Uttar Pradesh and the list of more candidates will be issued in the coming days," Party leader Sharad Yadav told reporters.
