Ahead of the Resurgent Rajasthan investment summit slated later this month, Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje today launched scores of colourful auto-rickshaws displaying state's rich art and culture.

Auto rickshaws and taxis in Jaipur will now have Global Positioning System (GPS) trackers installed in them.

Six people were killed when the auto rickshaw in which they were travelling collided with a truck in Sikar district, police said today.

Around 12,000 auto rickshaws in the city will be fitted with global positioning system (GPS) to enable police track them down in case of emergencies or respond quickly if passengers, especially women, are harassed by auto drivers, officials said on Monday.
