An Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) jawan was today found dead under mysterious circumstances outside the residence of Vishwa Hindu Parishad president Ashok Singhal, police said. Rampal (30) was found dead inside a tent adjacent to Singhal's house, who enjoys 'Z plus' security.
