It has been over two days of since the train tragedy in Madhya Pradesh's Harda and the focus has now shifted to restoration of the railway line. The derailment of two trains on Tuesday night within minutes of each other claimed 28 lives, of whom, six were from one family - the Batheras of Narsinghpur.

Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu told Parliament today that a flash flood caused the swollen Machak river to overflow and wash out a section of the rail tracks, leading to the derailment of two trains last night in Madhya Pradesh.
