Fazilka Attack

Amid India-Pak tension, the central government has allowed farmers to harvest their crop during the day in the border villages of Amritsar, Gurdaspur, Tarn Taran, Ferozepur, Pathankot and Fazilka districts.

Abohar in Punjab's Fazilka district was marred with protests and a near shutdown after limbs of two men were chopped off on Saturday at a farmhouse allegedly owned by a leader of the ruling Akali Dal.
