The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) today filed a fresh perjury application against lawyers Prashant Bhushan and Kamini Jaiswal and their NGO Centre for Public Interest Litigation (CPIL) for allegedly making false statements before the Supreme Court against the agency's chief Ranjit Sinha.
