Chidambaram 'disgusted', says he made no dig at middle class

Home Minister P Chidambaram has said that he is "shocked and disgusted" by a newspaper report that states he mocked the middle class for complaining about rising prices. In a statement today, Mr Chidambaram described the report as "a deliberate distortion" of his comments.

Won't make public statement on 2G note till PM returns: Chidambaram

Had shared Intelligence with Delhi Police in July: Chidambaram

Home Minister P Chidambaram said today in parliament that intelligence on possible terror attacks was shared with the Delhi Police in July. At this stage, however, he said it's not possible to identify who is responsible for today's bomb blast in Delhi which has killed 10 people and injured 56.
