Paul McCartney has clarified the use of artificial intelligence in The Beatles' new song after it caused quite a buzz on social media. He said, "nothing has been artificially or synthetically created. It's all real and we all play on it. We cleaned up some existing recordings - a process which has gone on for years."

A "final Beatles record", created with the help of artificial intelligence, will be released later this year, Paul McCartney told the BBC in an interview broadcast Tuesday. Lennon was shot dead in New York in 1980 aged 40 while Harrison died of lung cancer in 2001, aged 58.
