Micron Plans to Invest $40 Billion on US Chip Production as the Country Passes CHIPS and Science Act

Micron has announced its plan to invest $40 billion (roughly Rs. 3,18,000 crore) on domestic chip production in the US by the end of the decade. The company also hailed the signing of the CHIPS and Science Act, calling the legislation an important step towards American semiconductor leadership. The White House also hailed the Micron announcement.

US Bill Seeks H-1B Exemptions That Will Benefit Mostly Indian Students
