A 35-year-old man was brutally murdered, allegedly by his rival who chopped off both his hands in a market in walled city area here, police said today. The accused 32-year-old Ajay Ghosh involved in diamond-setting work attacked Ashok Paul with a sharp-edged weapon and chopped off his hands late last night.
