Plans are on to elevate the status of Tripura capital to that of a world class city by providing it with modern amenities, Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb has said.

Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh topped the list, followed by Warangal, Dharmashala, Chandigarh, Raipur, New Town Kolkata, Bhagalpur, Panaji, Port Blair, Impha, Ranchi, Agartala, and Faridabad.
