12 Vehicles Burnt

A dozen vehicles engaged in road construction work in the Kanker district of Chhattisgarh were set ablaze by a group of Naxals on the intervening night of March 19-20, informed police.

Four children were today burnt alive in Punjab's Sangrur district when their school van caught fire. 12 children were in the vehicle when the incident took place, eight were rescued, police said.
