NDTV Imagine launches Basera

Basera that was intially titled Janam Daata is based on the hit Hindi film Baghban. It will go on air on the 17th of August.(Photos:IANS)

How their child will treat them in their old age is the nagging concern of every parent and this is the basic premise of Basera.

Basera is the journey of four friends who have dedicated their lives to nurturing and catering to every need of their children, but the children have different priorities altogether.

Commenting on Basera, Prem Sagar of Sagar Arts said, “We have come up with a show which has a social message to convey. Basera will open the eyes of both parents as well as the younger generation of today. It’s a classic family saga for viewers of all ages.” (Photos:IANS)
