"Shahrukh is licking my feet and I am feeding him biscuits every now and then. What more can I ask for?" he wrote and then quickly went on to clarify that it was the family dog he was referring to. When confronted about Aamir's unflattering comments, King Khan however decided to laugh it off. "Earlier people used to name their children after famous people. Somebody naming a dog after a known person is a new beginning in that direction. I don't have a copyright over this name if used non-commercially," he was quoted as saying.
Rakhi Sawant and Mika Singh: On June 12, 2006, Bollywood actress Rakhi Sawant filed a police complaint against Mika Singh, the pop singer, for allegedly forcibly kissing her. Sawant, who also approached the National Commission for Women (NCW) with her grievance, claimed Mika "brutally assaulted me and forcibly smooched me." Recounting the alleged incident, Sawant said she visited Mika's birthday party on his invitation and greeted him like a good friend. "But to my surprise, he took advantage of our relationship and forcibly kissed me on my lips twice," she said. Although Mika apologised for his behaviour, that did not stop him from parodying the whole incident in a song that he cut with the Meet Brothers.

Harbhajan Singh: Cricketer Harbhajan Singh found himself embroiled in yet another controversy on April 25, 2008 after allegedly slapping Kings XI paceman S Sreesanth during their Indian Premier League encounter in Mohali. Harbhajan, leading the Mumbai Indians side, allegedly slapped Sreesanth when latter said something to him which the off-spinner found offensive. The paceman was seen crying bitterly on the ground at the end of the IPL match, which his team won by 66 runs. The two have since made up, saying the incident is now behind them.
Harbhajan Singh: In January 2008, Australia's all-rounder Andrew Symonds accused Indian cricketer Harbhajan Singh of racial abuse, alleging that Singh had called him a "monkey" during the third day of the Second Test at the SCG after Symonds confronted him over touching fellow Australian player Brett Lee. Singh received a three Test ban, which was later lifted when the ICC appeals commissioner John Hansen found insufficient evidence against the cricketer. However Harbhajan was fined 50 per cent of his match fee for a lesser offence of using abusive language.

From shaving her head with electric clippers at a hair salon to umbrella-bashing the paparazzi, an out-of-control Britney became fodder for the tabloid press. But there are signs that the pop princess is reinventing herself. Baby One More Time?
Naomi Campbell: Supermodel Campbell's fiery temper has landed her in trouble on more than one occasion since rising to fame at the age of 15. She has been accused of assaulting her staff and even Italian actress Yvonne Sciò, who she allegedly left "covered in blood" at a Rome hotel for wearing the same dress as her. In 2008 Campbell was arrested for attacking a police office at London's Heathrow Airport and misbehaving with British Airways cabin crew after one of her bags got lost. The court sentenced her to 200 hours of community service.
Kanye West: At the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards, rapper Kanye West disrupted an acceptance speech by country-pop sweetheart Taylor Swift. West -- who apparently flipped out after losing at the VMAs, the Grammys, the American Music Awards and more -- complained once again that the wrong person had been awarded a trophy, but this time it was on Beyoncé's behalf. Just as Swift began her acceptance speech for the best female video award, West jumped onstage at Radio City Music Hall. "Taylor, I'm really happy for you, and I'm gonna let you finish, but Beyoncé had one of the best videos of all time," he said, as a shocked Beyoncé looked on and the crowd began to boo West. In an off-the-record comment, President Barack Obama later described West as a "jackass" for his boorish behaviour at the VMA.
Winona Ryder: Did actress Winona Ryder need to steal $6,000 worth of high-end couture at a Beverly Hills Saks in December 2001? Not really. But that one moment of insanity cost the Girl Interrupted star three years' probation, 480 hours of community service, $3,700 in fines and $6,355 in restitution to the Saks Fifth Avenue store. Since she was found carrying non-prescription drugs at the time of her arrest, the court also ordered her to attend psychological and drug counseling. Ryder remained on probation until December 2005.
Mel Gibson: When actor and filmmaker Mel Gibson's The Passion of the Christ released in 2004, there were allegations that the film carried anti-Semitic imagery and overtones. His detractors were therefore quick to swing into action when Gibson was reported to have made anti-Semitic comments during his arrest for drunken driving on July 28, 2006. The star of Hollywood blockbusters like Lethal Weapon and Braveheart later apologised for his behaviour. "There is no excuse, nor should there be any tolerance, for anyone who thinks or expresses any kind of anti-Semitic remark. Please know from my heart I am not an anti-Semite. I am not a bigot. Hatred of any kind goes against my faith." he said in a statement.
Hugh Grant: Actor Hugh Grant was arrested on July 27, 1995 near Sunset Boulevard after the vice squad police found him in a compromising position with Hollywood prostitute Divine Brown. Grant, who was dating actress Elizabeth Hurely at the time, pleaded no contest to the charge of lewd conduct in a public place and was fined $1,180 and was placed on 2 years probation. He even offered a public apology on the show Larry King Live: "I could accept some of the things that people have explained, 'stress,' 'pressure,' 'loneliness' -- that that was the reason. But that would be false. In the end you have to come clean and say 'I did something dishonorable, shabby and goatish.'"
George Michael: Two-time Grammy Award winning English singer and songwriter George Michael was forced out of the closet after being arrested for soliciting sex from an undercover cop in a Beverly Hills bathroom on April 7, 1998. "I think for most of us, our biggest frailties are sexual," Michael confessed later.
Kate Moss: In September 2005 The Daily Mirror tabloid printed images from a video which it said showed supermodel Kate Moss doing five lines of cocaine in 40 minutes at a late-night music recording session, preparing them with a credit card and snorting the drug through a five-pound note. Although Moss lost several high-profile campaigns after the shocking images surfaced, clothing line Hennes & Mauritz (H&M) decided to keep her on. Moss, claimed a H&M spokeswoman, had apologised for her drug use and promised in writing to abide by a company policy that models be "healthy, wholesome and sound."
Paris Hilton: Among the few celebrities in the world who are famous for being famous, the name of Paris Hilton rings an instant bell. The hotel heiress and socialite has made a habit out of being in constant trouble. First noted for her appearance in a controversial sex tape, Paris was arrested and charged with driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol in September 2006. She was booked for traffic violations on several occasions after that as well. Finally on May 4, 2007 Paris was handed a 45 day jail sentence for violating her probation.
Madonna: Despite the religious connotations of her name, pop diva Madonna seems to love baiting the Catholic Church in her performances. Pope John Paul II and the Vatican publicly condemned the sexually explicit nature of her performances on the 'Blond Ambition' tour in 1990. Madonna once again invited the Vatican's ire by crucifying herself on a mirrored cross during the 'Confessions' world tour in 2006. "To crucify yourself in the city of the pope and the martyrs is an act of open hostility," a Church official was quoted as saying.
Courtney Love: Actress, musician and wife of the late Nirvana front man Kurt Cobain, Courtney Love has never been far from the public eye because of her wild behaviour and allegations of drug abuse. Love made a shocking admission to Barbara Walters in a 1995 interview. "Yes, in the first month of my pregnancy, absolutely I did. Never denied it. Never have denied that," was her reply when asked if she had continued to use heroin even while pregnant.
Milli Vanilli: A 1989 live performance exposed Fab Morvan and Rob Pilatus of the pop group Milli Vanilli for what they were - lip-sync cheats. The recording stuck in the middle of their song "Girl You Know it's True" and the duo had no option but to run off the stage. That sparked a public outcry and in 1990 the Grammy awarded to Milli Vanilli was withdrawn.
Tom Cruise: It has proved Mission Impossible for anyone to forget one of the most bizarre and memorable bits of television history. When Hollywood superstar Tom Cruise took the seat on Oprah Winfrey's show on May 23, 2005, few could have guessed what was to come. Cruise went into an overdrive while talking about his new love Katie Holmes, and soon he was standing up, kneeling, laughing maniacally and jumping on the couch in quick turns. "What happened, happened. ... I wanted the audience to be happy just like I wanted to make my sisters and my mother happy when I did those skits as a kid. But I'll take responsibility for my actions," the actor later said while talking about his moment of temporary insanity.
Sinead O'Connor: A guest on the NBC show Saturday Night Live on October 3, 1992, Irish rock singer Sinead O'Connor did the unthinkable - at the end of her song 'War', the shaven-headed artist produced a photograph of Pope John Paul II and ripped it into pieces. Sinead did not offer any explanation for her behaviour. Years later, while asking for the Holy Father to forgive her, she described the attack on the photo as "a ridiculous act, the gesture of a girl rebel."

Zinedine Zidane: The 2006 FIFA World Cup final became one of the most controversial matches. Zidane was sent off in extra-time after headbutting Italian defender Marco Materazzi following an insult from the Italian concerning a family member. Zidane was then shown the red card and did not participate in the penalty shootout, in which Italy won 5–3.

Heather Mills: Locked in a bitter divorce battle with Paul McCartney and insisting she was £1.5 million in debt to her lawyers, Heather Mills exploded with rage in a morning interview with GMTV, saying she'd been unfairly portrayed by the media as "a whore, a golddigger, a fantasist, (and) a liar".
Agyness Deyn: In 2008, supermodel Agyness Deyn left onlookers gasping for more after she leaped off a building nude during a daring photoshoot.
Lily Allen: 23-year-old pop star Lily Allen had to be carried out of London's exclusive Berkeley Square after partying up a storm at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards. Bleary-eyed, the pink-haired singer had to cover her face with her very own Glamour gong as a security guard put her in to her car.
Maritn Lawrence: The Bad Boys satr Martin Lawrence stormed into a busy road in 1996, ranting and raving with a loaded gun in his pocket. His doctor blamed the comedian's behavior on ''exhaustion and dehydration". Just two months later, the star was again busted for attempting to board a plane from Burbank to Phoenix with a loaded 9mm semi-automatic pistol in his suitcase. He was sentenced to two years probation for the airport incident.
Angelina Jolie: Angelina Jolie gave her own blood brother quite a lip-lock at an awards function. The actress was criticised for this act of hers.
Britney-Madonna: Britney Spears and Madonna's french kiss while performing at the 2005 MTV Awards created quite a furore.
