Dilip Kumar Goes Home From Hospital, Saira Banu by His Side

Veteran actor Dilip Kumar was discharged from Mumbai's Lilavati Hospital, just in time to celebrate his 92nd birthday at home. He was being treated at the hospital following a bout of pneumonia. Dilipsaab is "absolutely healthy" now, said a close friend.

Dilip saab's wife Saira Banu was by side and kissed her husband before helping him into the car.

Sairaji has planned a quiet celebration at home for the birthday boy.

A swarm of fans gathered outside the hospital to greet the star. Fans went frantic at the sight of their idol, camera phones at the ready.

Dilipji's fans also strung up a banner wishing the thespian a happy birthday.
