Old is Gold seems to be a universal mantra, especially when it comes to the film industry. Be it Hollywood or Bollywood, the industry can't get enough of its good old, 40-plus actors.

If you think the likes of Shah Rukh, Salman, Aamir and Ajay Devgn, ruled the roost in the 90s, think again, for the ageing Bollywood superstars are still calling the shots two decades hence, landing the best films, meatiest roles, fattest pay and maximum media coverage.

Their Hollywood counterparts are not behind either. Brad Pitt, Johnny Depp, Tom Cruise and Will Smith are just a few examples of Hollywood stars who are raking in the moolah, with age being no bar!

From romancing to tickling the funny bone, these actors are doing all kinds of roles and with the passage of time they are even getting roles written for them!
