Top 10 Cars at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show

This years Geneva Motor Show tossed a whole bunch of surprises and saw some beautiful cars take centre stage. Well, we've compiled a list of the top 10.

  • The Renault Kadjar is a crossover comes off the CMF or Common Module Family platform and will rival the likes of the Qashqai but will be an interesting car for India
  • The EXP 10 Speed 6 is a baby Continental GT if you will. The two-seater sports coupe will likely go into production, even though Bentley refuses to confirm that at this time.
  • The BMW 2 series Gran Tourer is the first car to come from the company's Munich factory and is a true 7-seater. Styled like the Active tourer, the 2 series Gran Tourer is a great example of spacious 7-seater cars
  • The Honda Civic Type R is dubbed as a "race car for the road" and is primed to take on Ford's new Focus RS. The new Civic Type R features a 2.0-litre turbocharged VTEC petrol engine, producing 306bhp and 400Nm of torque.
  • Ferrari has brought the 488 GTB to the Geneva Motor Show; the car that is meant to replace the 458 Italia. According to Ferrari, the car rings in a new chapter in the world of eight cylinder engines.
  • The Mercedes-Maybach Pullman is the creme de la creme when it comes to uber luxury cars. This one's bigger than the old Maybach 62 it essentially replaces and bigger even than an extended-wheelbase Rolls-Royce Phantom.
  • The Tucson gets a more sculpted body, chrome hexagonal front grille and sleek head lamps and daytime running lights but still looks a great deal like the Santa Fe
  • The second generation of the R8 is here and it looks beastly and will only be available with the V10. This one will come to India soon
  • The Hexa concept is based on the Aria platform and features a 2.2-litre, four-cylinder, VARICOR diesel unit that is good for 154bhp and 400Nm. Is this a preview of things to come from Tata Motors?
  • The new-gen Superb promises to be bigger, lighter and the best Skoda ever.The design is inspired by the VisionC concept and the platform used is that of the Volkswagen Passat B8. We look forward to it coming to India
