These criminals may pose as phone calls or online messages promising to help students increase their marks by providing access to exam papers or other illicit methods. The board has warned against such activities and advised students to be cautious.
The Uttar Pradesh Police, in collaboration with the Department of Information Technology is taking action to identify and nab these cyber criminals. Students are urged not to respond to calls, emails, or messages from unknown or suspicious sources, especially those claiming to offer help with exams, said board in a notification.

- Do not engage with unknown phone calls, messages, or emails claiming to offer exam-related services.

- If you receive suspicious communication, immediately report it to the District Inspector of Schools (DIOS) or the nearest cybercrime helpline at 1930.
The board has assured that strict actions will be taken against the perpetrators under the Information Technology (IT) Act and relevant legal provisions. Students are advised to stay vigilant and protect their personal information.
