Muzaffarnagar:
An 18-year-old girl, Shiwa, was allegedly shot dead in a suspected case of dishonour killing in Kidwainagar locality, police said.
While the girl died, her boyfriend Shahid suffered injuries, the police said.
The girl's body was sent for postmortem, the police added.
Meanwhile, the girl's family members alleged that the boy was pressurising her to come with him, but the girl refused following which the boy shot her.
The boy has been taken into custody for interrogation, they said.
