According to the Economic Times, Sunita weighed 68.5 kg at the beginning of her journey. Today, she stands at 55 kg, and it is a change that inspired many. She followed a carefully structured routine that was rooted in balance and consistency rather than shortcuts.
Her day begins with a cup of bullet ghee coffee, and it is a ritual that she swears by. This is followed by an early morning walk, which she describes as both energising and calming. Sunita explained that this habit not only helped her metabolism but also gave her space to reflect and set the tone for her day. Unlike extreme fixes, this consistent, low-impact practice became one of the cornerstones of her transformation.
Balancing Workouts With Recovery
Sunita's workout routine was simple yet effective. She divided her week into a three-part split, which included three days of strength training, two days of cardio, and two days of complete rest. This structure helped her steadily build stamina and strength without exhausting her body.

"Starting a diet is very easy, but the challenge lies in staying consistent. That's where many people give up," the reality TV star said.
