1. Eat in smaller portions
It is recommended to people to opt for smaller portions of food that are 2 to 3 hours apart and avoid 3 full meals. If you eat 3 full course meals, then there are chances that you overload your belly fat. This way, you will not be expanding your belly and have a supercharged metabolism to burn fat.

2. Reduce intake of high-fibre foods
