Launched at an introductory price tag of Rs 1.99 lakh (ex-showroom), it rivals the likes of the KTM 250 Adventure. The TVS Apache RTX is powered by the newly developed 299cc, liquid-oil cooled, single-cylinder RT-XD4 engine that is capable of churning out a peak power and torque output of 35.5 hp at 9,000 rpm and 28.5 Nm at 7,000 rpm. The power mill is connected to a six-speed gearbox with a bi-directional quickshifter. It also gets an assist & slipper clutch for smooth transmission.

Powering the KTM 250 Adventure is the 249-cc, liquid-cooled motor from the naked version. The engine generates 30.5 horsepower and 25 Nm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox with a quickshifter for seamless gear work.

On the safety front, the motorcycle includes multiple ABS settings (Rally, Urban, and Rain), dual-mode traction control, cruise control, and a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) for added rider confidence.

Also, the KTM 250 Adventure is packed with a host of features, suitable for its on-road and off-road pedigree. It is equipped with features like a 5-inch TFT display, dual-channel ABS with off-road ABS, a USB-C charging port, and more.
