
Toyota has updated the Rumion with six airbags as a standard safety feature across all variants. The MPV's safety upgrade includes dual front airbags, two side airbags, and two curtain shield airbags. Additionally, Toyota has also equipped the Rumion top-spec V trim with Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS).
Talking about the specs, the Toyota Rumion derives its power from a 1.5-litre K-series petrol engine with either a 5-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic transmission. It is also available with a factory-fitted CNG kit. The seven-seater family car claims to deliver fuel efficiency figures of up to 20.51 km/l for the manual transmission petrol variant and 26.11 km/kg for the CNG option.

On the inside, the Toyota Rumion is equipped with features like a 17.78 cm infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, flexible seating arrangements with 60:40 split second-row seats, air conditioning for the second & third rows, and more. Also, the Rumion is enabled with Toyota's i-Connect system, offering smartwatch compatibility, voice assistant support, and remote vehicle controls.

Toyota's rebadged version of the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga ensures safety with features like ABS with EBD & Brake Assist, ESP, Hill Hold Assist, rear parking sensors, high-speed alert System, ISOFIX child seat anchorages (2nd Row Seats), and more. With the newly updated six airbags available as a standard feature across all variants, the Toyota Rumion has undergone a major enhancement in the safety suite.
The prices of the Toyota Rumion begin from Rs 10.44 lakh (ex-showroom) and go up to Rs 13.62 lakh (ex-showroom).
