While it is not a production ambulance offered to customers, with the special build, the brand aims to highlight how Rivian's commercial architecture can be modified for specialized use cases beyond parcel delivery.

The Grey's Anatomy Vanbulance is based on Rivian's existing Commercial Van, which the company currently supplies in large numbers for delivery and fleet partners in the international market.
