What Happened?
On Sunday, a high-end Ferrari was involved in a road accident in Hyderabad's Jubilee Hills, leaving three people injured and causing heavy traffic disruption.
The crash took place near Road No. 45, close to actor Nandamuri Balakrishna's residence. According to police, the Ferrari, valued at around Rs 3.5-4 crore, lost control, struck an electric pole on the divider, and then collided with a car coming from the opposite direction. Several other vehicles following behind were also damaged in the chain reaction.
Multiple individuals sustained injuries in the incident and were quickly taken to a private hospital. Authorities confirmed their condition is stable. The accident led to a significant traffic jam in the area until police arrived to clear the scene. A case has been registered, and an investigation is underway.
The Ferrari is registered under the name of E. Venkata Raja Reddy. The driver, who has not yet been identified, tested negative for alcohol. Police stated he was on his way to attend a wedding when the accident occurred.
