
BMW Motorrad has concluded its series of teasers with the launch of the limited edition G 310 RR in the Indian market. The motorcycle commemorates the 10,000 unit sales milestone in the Indian market with the limited edition version priced at Rs 2.99 lakh (ex-showroom). It is to be noted that at this price point, the special version of the motorcycle is Rs 18,000 more expensive than the standard version of the middle-weight motorcycle.
The limited edition motorcycle comes with two paint scheme options: Black and White. With different base colours, both iterations have common elements like blue and red graphics present on the fenders, fairings, and a small part of the fuel tank. Representing the unique nature of the motorcycle, the brand has placed '1/310' badging on it. To further improve the aesthetic appeal, the bike gets decals on the wheel rims.

The technical specifications of the limited edition BMW G 310 RR are identical to those of the standard version. The motorcycle continues to seek power from a 312.2cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine. It is tuned to put out 34 bhp of power and 27 Nm of peak torque, paired with a 6-speed transmission.

This supersport model rides on 17-inch alloy wheels fitted with Michelin tyres in sizes 110/70 at the front and 150/60 at the rear. The suspension comprises USD telescopic forks at the front and a monoshock system at the rear. For braking, it features a single disc brake on both the front and rear wheels, along with dual-channel ABS. Additionally, the bike gets a fully digital instrument cluster with riding modes and LED lighting.
